KRITI privacy notice

Personal data collected through KRITI application and nomination forms is processed by the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur for the purpose of administering visitor programmes (including CRAFT, KERNEL and CREATE), selection, host matching, travel and residence arrangements, stipend or support payments where applicable, and related institutional records.

Data may include identity and contact details, academic and employment history, proposal text, uploaded documents (such as curriculum vitae and identity documents), bank and tax identifiers provided after selection, and declarations you make in the form.

Access is limited to authorised KRITI / Institute staff and, where necessary for hosting, the named host faculty. Data are retained for the period required for programme administration, audit, and applicable legal obligations, then disposed of securely.
