GRISHMA
Undergraduate Summer Research
Program
Inviting IIT Kharagpur faculty members to shape the next generation of researchers through mentored summer research projects.
About the Initiative
KRITI is an initiative at IIT Kharagpur dedicated to nurturing talent across the academic journey, from school students to emerging researchers and educators. It brings together a suite of programs that foster early engagement with science and engineering, enable rigorous academic immersion, support mentored research, and encourage collaborative exploration of emerging frontiers of knowledge.
The GRISHMA Summer Research Internship Programme is designed for undergraduate students to introduce them to the practice of scientific and scholarly research. It is a fully funded, eight-week residential program at IIT Kharagpur, offering students from other institutions across India the opportunity to undertake mentored research in science, engineering, technology, and the humanities
